We are a group of Alberta physicians passionate about care later in life.
Born from the Frontlines of Senior's Care
This program was shaped by family physicians who have spent years caring for older adults and witnessing the quiet toll of isolation—especially among those in care facilities or without strong social networks. They saw how loneliness can impact mental health, well-being, and overall quality of life. In response, this model was created to provide consistent, accessible support, focusing on meaningful connection and thoughtful care for seniors who need it most.
